Terms of Service

Effective date: August 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of command.garrettbosqui.com and the Command Post beta program. Command Post is a software product operated by Maverick Services LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Maverick Services,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the beta you agree to these terms.

The product and the beta

Command Post is business-intelligence software for service businesses, currently offered as a beta. Beta software changes: features may be added, changed, or removed, and access may be granted, paused, or ended at our discretion while the program is in beta. Submitting the early-access form requests a place in the program; it does not guarantee access or create a purchase.

Demo data disclaimer: the public demo runs on sanitized historical data from a real service business. Figures shown in the demo and in marketing examples illustrate what the product does; they are not a promise of results for your business.

Fees, subscriptions and billing

Command Post is sold as a one-time setup or implementation fee plus a recurring monthly subscription. The prices shown at checkout at the time you purchase are the prices that apply to you. All amounts are in US dollars.

  • Setup and implementation fees are one-time, charged when you start, and are earned as the work is performed. They are not refundable once your build has begun, except where required by law.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you started, at the then-current rate for your plan, until you cancel. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email before any change to your recurring rate.
  • Higher plans are not additive. Business OS includes Command Post; its monthly price replaces the Command Post monthly price rather than adding to it. Adding Command Post AI increases your single monthly subscription rather than creating a second one.
  • Upgrades. When you upgrade, the one-time implementation fee for the new plan is charged at purchase and your recurring rate moves to the new plan’s rate at your next renewal date.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry it and will contact you to update your payment method. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of the service. We do not delete your data on a first failed payment.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it does not refund amounts already billed for the current period or any one-time fee. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any sales, use or similar taxes. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • Payment processing. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

Usage-based charges

Plans marked “+ usage” include the monthly base fee only. Variable communication and AI consumption generated by your account is billed in addition to that base. This can include text and picture messages, phone numbers, inbound and outbound calling, call recording and storage, email sending, AI conversations, AI voice, transcription and text-to-speech, together with the carrier and registration fees attached to them.

Usage is billed at our published rate for each category, which reflects the underlying provider cost plus a service margin. Rates may change as provider and carrier pricing changes; we will give you reasonable notice of a material rate change. Your usage is itemised, and you are only charged for usage your own account generates. Unless we expressly state that a plan includes a usage credit, no usage is included.

Communication and AI services

Where your plan includes phone, messaging or AI communication features, you are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for obtaining the consent required to contact the people you message. Messaging features cannot be enabled until the applicable carrier registration and consent requirements for your business are satisfied. AI features assist with communication; they are not a substitute for your own judgement, and you remain responsible for what your business sends.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
  • Don’t scrape, resell, or misrepresent the demo data or the product.
  • Don’t submit forms with someone else’s identity or contact information.

Intellectual property

The Command Post name, site design, software, and content belong to Maverick Services LLC or its licensors. Third-party product names mentioned on the site (for example CRM or field-service platforms) belong to their owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility.

Availability; disclaimer; limitation of liability

The site and beta are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from use of the site or beta; our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

SMS program terms (Command Post)

Program: Command Post — beta and product update alerts, operated by Maverick Services LLC. Users who opt in receive recurring SMS messages about beta access, product availability, feature and integration updates, and occasional Command Post offers.

  • Opting in: you opt in by entering your mobile number on the Command Post early-access form and separately checking the SMS-consent box. Providing a number without checking the box does not opt you in.
  • Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase or of joining the beta.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact garrett@mavericksoftwash.com.
  • Age restriction: the SMS program is intended for business owners and operators aged 18 or older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
  • Carriers: carriers (for example T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: how we handle your number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives at this URL with its effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts serving St. Louis County, Missouri.
